Wealth is used primarily on the Leap variant of Goldfind Barbarians and their mercenaries when farming the Council in Travincal. It has the highest % Extra Gold of any item in the body armor slot. If your character is equipped with Wealth, your mercenary inherits the 300% Extra Gold stat as well. This type of build is most effective for farming either Nightmare Council on Players 4-6 or Hell Council on Players 1 as it has very limited damage output.

For Goldfind Barbarians that use Warcries or Whirlwind, Enigma is a comparable option. The increase in run speed offsets the reduction in % Extra Gold.
